Five silicon spin qubits driven at once through one microwave line at ~99.9%

RIKEN-led team traces parallel-drive errors in a five-qubit silicon array to AC Stark shifts and corrects them with pairwise phase calibration, keeping single-qubit fidelity at or near the 99.9% threshold.
